About

I turn ambitious AI ideas into products people actually use.

I work at the intersection of product, data, and automation — turning messy, ambiguous problems into systems people actually adopt. I've led global teams through zero-to-one builds, enterprise rollouts, and AI transformations across fintech, telecom, healthcare, and enterprise SaaS.

At WEX I lead GenAI product strategy. I built Finn, the company's employee copilot — agents that finish real work across Workday approvals, Jira, expense, and knowledge retrieval, driving $2M+ in annual productivity — and AssistIQ, an omni-channel personalized concierge spanning mobile, web, white-label, and voice that serves tens of millions of customers and 500K+ employers and partners.

I care most about the responsible, useful end of AI: systems that are measured, observable, and kept honest by humans in the loop. The interesting problems aren't just "can the model do it?" but "should it, when, and how do we know it's working?"

What I believe

  • AI should complete work, not just describe it — with human checkpoints where the stakes are real.
  • Ship a thin, observable v1 and let evidence, not opinion, decide what comes next.
  • If you can't evaluate it, you can't responsibly ship it. Every model gets a metric.
  • The best AI products feel calm and trustworthy, not flashy.
